Chris Evans plays Steve Rogers in Captain America: The First Avenger. After watching Chris Evans in both Fantastic Four movies and Push along side Dakota Fanning in 2009, I truly believe he will be a great person to play the avenger! The last person to play Steve Rogers in live action was Matt Salinger in 1990. I did take the time to watch the 1990 movie and give you the advice to do that same, the DVD hits stores on July 19th only three days before the theater release of the new movie.
Captain America: The First Avenger filmed all over England and Wales as well as New York, New York and California. After you watch the movie make sure to take the time to travel to those places or if you can not travel to them, take the time to read and learn about them. Tommy Lee Jones will be playing Col. Chester Phillips, which is awesome because he was great in Men In Black and Men In Black II as well as all the other movies he has been in. Tommy Lee Jones has been said to be returning wearing his black suit in Men In Black III.

We first met Captain America in Captain America Comics #1 in 1941.
For a while Captain America once had a sidekick named Bucky.
Later Captain America had another sidekick named Rick Jones, the young boy was also a friend of the Hulk.
Captain America once had a battle with the original Human Torch, who marvel later re-wrote the back story of and made a member of the Fantastic Four. His name is Johnny Storm now and was played by Captain America: The First Avenger star Chris Evens in both movies.
